💫 Why I love to inspire young leaders!

Every time I have the opportunity to coach, inspire, and engage young leaders, managers, and teams in the story of leadership — what makes someone a good leader? —
and I see them taking concrete steps, growing as individuals and as leaders…
👉 That brings me joy.

The moment they realize that simple principles, philosophies, and guidelines truly help them to become better — as individuals, not just as managers.

When they dare to step out of their comfort zone. When they surprise themselves.
That’s why I love people.
You cannot do this job if you don’t genuinely care about people.
That’s why I love my job.

At the age of 23, I was given the opportunity — through the trust of the people in the organization — to lead a sales team.

My drive brought me to where I stand now, but it was the leaders around me who inspired me, gave direction, challenged me to do better, and made me reflect that truly enabled my growth.
I still talk about that often today and remain grateful for it!

As a young leader, you need role models. Sources of inspiration.
People who believe in you, challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone, and help you grow.

And my first team? Those people who rocked the sales with me back then? I am still grateful to them for the opportunity to work together and for overcoming all challenges together.
