Everyone is up and running again. 🔥
And honestly? It could be a bit faster.
Because: I now have space again for consultancy projects two days a week.

All with one goal: how are we going to do it differently and better?

My role is clear: to make change concrete, effective and sustainable.
So that we all know what we are working towards, everyone takes responsibility and the organization then grows autonomously — without me.
I'm not just here to guide, but primarily to achieve results.
