This exciting event will take place at the beautiful location Woudschoten Hotel & Conference Center in Zeist, nestled in the woods. We will be welcomed there by Maurice Kniest and Viktor Glastra.
About the speaker: Herma Kluin swapped a career in the banking and insurance world at age 52 for a calling as a private detective. In 2017, she established her own investigation agency after following detective training and decided to pursue her sense of justice. Nowadays, Herma not only dives into clichés like infidelity but also investigates complex cases such as stalking, missing persons, fraud, and theft — often in collaboration with the police or judiciary.
About the location: The complex is located in lush greenery, on a private estate of about 45 hectares of wooded area on the Utrecht Ridge. The location is relatively central in the Netherlands, easily accessible via highways (A12, A28) and by public transport from Driebergen-Zeist station.
But why should you, as a support professional, not miss this? In a field where connection is crucial, you will learn how to break through what you think you know. How not to get stuck in old patterns, but rather to see opportunities. How to deal with unwanted behavior and difficult situations – the ‘shit’ you sometimes encounter at work – without it costing you energy. And above all: how to dare to look beyond the surface to truly understand what is going on. How to make genuine connections and not just maintain functional contact. Because only then can you make a difference.
Do you dare to look with open eyes and sharpen your senses?
Sign up for this eye-opener session and discover how the power of connection can also change your work.
We look forward to welcoming you at Woudschoten Hotel & Conference Center in Zeist.
