He lost his temper.

He lost his temper.
Imagine: a world-class conductor. More than 100 top musicians under his wing. Everything revolves around perfection, timing, harmony.
And then… one wrong note. One misstep. And yes, he loses it.
Shocking? Yes and no. I have mixed feelings about that.
If you can’t imagine that a top conductor sometimes loses his patience, then you probably work in a job where mistakes carry no real consequences.
Or you’ve long since reconciled with safe mediocrity.
Because no, top performances are rarely zen. Sometimes genius is raw, uncomfortable, dangerously quiet sometimes. But still human.
And yes, there are legends who always stay calm.
But there are also those who occasionally snap.
Because it matters. Because it has to be perfect. Because they carry fire within.
Can’t deal with that? Me? Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
It depends on the situation. Whether it’s an exception.
And above all: how empathetic the one is who loses it.
You know, there’s no clear answer.
But one thing I know for sure: I understand the pressure of a world-class conductor. And I am a great admirer of classical music and how everything is so rhythmic and harmonious that it touches your ears and your soul.
