What if we humans worked together like ants do?

What if we humans collaborated like ants do?

What if we, humans, could collaborate like ants do?

(Believe me, it would make a world of difference.)

During my military training, we learn the importance of collaboration, and today during my running training in the forest, I noticed an anthill.

Thousands of ants. Each with its own task.
But completely in harmony.
No ego. No chaos. No struggle for attention.

💪 Only courage, dedication, resilience, persistence, and communication.
Not from words, but from feeling, aligning, and trusting.

And then I realized something painful:
We humans, especially in politics, have largely forgotten this.

We often work next to each other, not with each other.
We communicate to be heard, not to listen.
The ego often wins over the collective goal.

❗️But imagine what would happen when…
We let go of the “I”.
And truly choose the “we”.
