There must be an end to the abuses in real estate policy.

As a real estate investor, I see daily what is really going on. Decisions are being made without any sense of reality, policies that are putting entrepreneurs and tenants further into trouble.

The situation in Amsterdam, under the leadership of councilor Zita Pels, is a painful example of this.

I turn it around.

It is time to take strong action against failing policies. I sincerely hope she packs her bags and leaves.

We need leadership that understands how the market works— not ideology that causes harm.
