This keytag is not just about being military

You don't have to be a soldier to live according to a mission.
My question is not whether you will ever be under pressure. My question is what you do then.
Are you someone who takes responsibility, or do you wait for someone else to solve it? Or do you give up as soon as it gets tough?
Do you stay true to what you stand for? Do you care not only for yourself but also for those around you?
Too often we expect discipline without commitment, results without effort, and connection without looking out for each other.
Character is revealed not on good days but on the days when no one is watching and giving up is the easiest choice.
Live as if you have a mission every day. Maintain professionalism in your attitude, loyalty to your values, and care for the people beside you.
That is for me the essence of mindset, mission, and impact, as well as servant leadership.
