At PUT-IT-ON HEALTH, we do not see health as a collection of separate complaints, but as a system in which everything is interconnected.
When one component becomes unbalanced, it often affects multiple aspects of a person's physical and mental well-being.
Indeed, hormonal changes, both in women and men, deserve a broader approach. Not because hormones are the answer to everything, but because they play an important role within the larger context of vitality, cardiovascular health, cognitive functions, energy, and quality of life.
The future of preventive healthcare lies not only in better diagnostics but especially in connecting medical disciplines and recognizing patterns earlier. The sooner insights are gained, the greater the chance of sustainably maintaining health instead of only acting when complaints have become chronic.
Awareness may indeed be the first step in this. Because health does not begin the moment someone gets sick, but at the moment when knowledge, expertise, and prevention come together.
That is the vision with which PUT-IT-ON connects HEALTH professionals, knowledge, and innovation.
Our story is a response to a blog by Janneke Wittekoek:
The inability of medics to join the dots is one of the reasons female patients are routinely dismissed.
The sentence stuck with me. Too many women in perimenopause are still told that their complaints are probably due to stress or related to aging or ‘just’ a stage of life. Or aging. Or that their blood tests are 'fine'.
Meanwhile, they struggle with palpitations, migraines, anxiety issues, sleep problems, fatigue, loss of concentration, and weight gain.
The connections are still not recognized enough, and the perimenopausal woman pays the price, as does society when she eventually drops out of work after many visits to doctors. EnergyPlatform • B Corp™
Women don't need miracle supplements from the internet. They need healthcare professionals who can connect the dots.
At the H3 network, we look at the interplay between Head, Heart, and Hormones. Because what you don’t know, you won’t recognize.
And what you do not recognize, you do not treat.
