as its operator is expanding its local Hamburg based team, located in the Hafen City and is therefore looking for a :
Vessel Registration & Documentation Assistant (m/f/d) – 35h/week
to provide our clients the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
assisting with Vessel Registration Transactions and Instrument Recordations
maintaining electronic and physical filing
monitoring & handling administrative matters, correspondence and related activities
performing data entry
preparing certificates & documents
reviewing applications and documentation
assisting in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
Who we are looking for:
working experience in the maritime industry
good knowledge of MS office programs
very good German and English speaking and writing skills
service- and detail oriented, reliable employee with team working skills
