This so-called manipulation created the need to roll out a new risk-free repo rate 

(in the US, the Securized Overnight Financing Rate, SOFR) as part of a new monetary system (TPI) in 2022. 

A number of traffickers have fallen victim to this smear campaign and have unjustly had to serve years in prison.'
