On February 11, the Dutch Sports Council organized a meeting to discuss advisory topics for the new work program 2026/2027 with colleagues from various sectors.
๐ข The Dutch Sports Council (NLsportraad) considers it important to think, together with experienced experts from various fields, about what developments,
opportunities and challenges we will face in the coming years and how the council can contribute to this with strategic advice.
Questions were raised such as:
โถ๏ธ What impact will this development have on sports and exercise in the coming years?
โถ๏ธ What problems arise from this development around sports and exercise?
๐จ What makes this theme urgent? Or does this play out in the longer term?
๐โโ๏ธ Why should the NLsportraad advise on this?
๐ช It is precisely the daily practice that helps the council to have a good overview of these developments and to prioritize them.
๐ To find out, the NLsportraad is organizing three meetings in 2025.
