The exercise provider will first contact the client by telephone to confirm the registration. The client will then receive a confirmation email with details 

about the location, time, contact, and recommended items. During the trial lesson, the client is welcomed by the trainer, receives an explanation of the 

lesson and guidance throughout the session. This way, your client feels welcome and hopefully it is a start for sustainable movement.
