I am curious about the people and processes within organizations. I love being given a glimpse behind the scenes of an organization and see it as both a great responsibility and an honor to be able to contribute to it. It is my passion to help people—and therefore organizations—take a step forward and get moving. For an employee, this movement can also mean taking a step outside the organization.
How do I get people moving? By creating connection. You create connection by truly looking at people, listening (really listening), and examining processes.
How do people collaborate (or not)? How does internal communication flow—between colleagues but also externally? And last but not least: how are employees really feeling? Movement happens together. After all, it is an interaction, a synergy. At least, that’s how it should be.
Drawing on my many years of experience as an HR professional in companies across various industries (including FMCG, textiles, mental healthcare, and local government), in both corporate and SME environments, I have had the opportunity to look into and be part of many “kitchens.” I would be happy to look into your kitchen as well—on the sidelines, in operations, or at a strategic level.
