Robert Dingemanse graduated from Delft University of Technology in electrical engineering. He subsequently completed his MBA at Erasmus University with honors, after which he worked at Philips for more than ten years. In 2003, he founded Redesign Partners together with business partners. In a managerial role, he has been involved in setting up companies or transforming existing players in various industries for the past 25 years: design and redesign of business models. He feels like a fish in water in the field that we now call “disruptive technologies”.

In 2008 he founded the company PAL-V Europe NV. This company is now known worldwide as the pioneer that designed the first commercial flying car and will produce and sell it in series.
