Since 1997, Richard has been active in the pension sector, and since 2002 he has done so as an entrepreneur. He is the CEO and partner at Worldwide Pensions, a boutique firm specialising in developing innovative collective pension and savings solutions that truly help organisations and their people move forward. In addition, he serves as a board member of the Financial Wellbeing Staff Fund Foundation, with the aim of making financial wellbeing accessible to everyone.

Richard is known for his fresh perspective and his ability to think outside the box. He sees solutions where others don’t yet see them and believes that real progress happens when you create space for new ideas and allow people to do what they do best.

In his free time, he finds energy in basketball, football, and running, and he enjoys diving into history and culture.
