Boxers from all five continents competed in Eindhoven, showcasing the best examples of the sweet science in high quality bouts.
The best team of the tournament is Brazil, which, like Australia, won 5 gold medals but earned more silver.
A remarkable moment of the finals was the Haka dance performed by the Australian gold medalist Teremoana in the 92+ kg category.
My gratitude goes to the technical officials under the management of Technical Delegate Michael Jensen. Good work by the referees and judges, reflecting the standards that World Boxing aims to provide.
