The productive working group sessions with the IOC in early 2025 have come to an end.
My appreciation to the WORLD BOXING team for the tremendous work we accomplished together over the past days in Lausanne. It’s helping us move forward on our mission to preserve boxing for future generations.
On behalf of World Boxing, I’d also like to express our gratitude to the IOC and its representatives for their incredible support during these sessions.
We truly appreciate it, as well as the many productive meetings with other key organizations and individuals within the Olympic Movement.
2025 has just begun, but it is already shaping up to be a very busy year for World Boxing. And it couldn’t be otherwise, as we are tackling such an important task: securing boxing’s place in the Olympic Movement.
