In six weeks, 2025 will be here. How do you want to feel as you enter the new year? Energetic, focused, and confident? It’s achievable – if you start now.

As a personal coach, I look not only at physical goals, but also at the behavior and patterns that determine your results. 

With small, achievable steps, you can lay a solid foundation for a fresh start in six weeks.

What can you achieve in 6 weeks?
1) Choose one specific goal
What do you really want to change or improve? Think of a fitter body, more structure or better handling of stress. 

Choose a goal that is achievable within six weeks.

2) Address your biggest pitfall
What often holds you back? Procrastination? Unrealistic goals? Write down one pattern you want to break in these weeks.

3) Take mini steps, every day

Don't focus on perfect performance, but on small actions:

– Is your goal to move more? Start with 10 minutes a day. Or park your car in the furthest parking spot, then you will quickly have some extra steps. Or take the bike a little more often.
– Do you want more peace or energy? Schedule 15 minutes without distractions for yourself every day. Make sure you go to bed between 22:30 and 23:30. Put your phone away (more often).
– Eat healthier? Replace one snack with something nutritious.
