Living on a FIAT standard eventually breaks everyone… including you..🙏🏽
Last week, I had the pleasure of being a guest on Robin Seyr's brilliant Bitcoin podcast. And, as often happens when you connect with people who’ve been in Bitcoin for a while, the conversation ended up going way beyond Bitcoin.
Why is that?
Because once someone truly adopts Bitcoin, they free up so much more time and energy to spend on the things that reallymatter to them. That naturally leads to deeper conversations, stronger connections, and a level of authenticity that just comes out.
This talk was no different (link in the comments, by the way).
We spoke about my 4+ year journey around the world with the fam, vertical vs. horizontal growth, the potential impact of AI on human life and, of course, life on a Bitcoin standard.
But not before revisiting the life that nearly broke me:
Life on a fiat standard.
A system that drains everyone: less time, less energy..
Meaning: More stress. Less time for your kids. More alcohol. More junk food. Less movement. More work. More distractions.
In short: we become more unhealthy and less happy.
I’m passionate about helping anyone who recognizes this (through Bitcoin Economics Unseen, for example), because it helped me too.
And I think, in this podcast, Robin and I did a pretty solid job of triggering that awareness.
There’s more to life. Way more..
