Why CrossFit Suffers
CrossFit undoubtedly has a loyal community, but it also faces some challenges. Many people see CrossFit as too intense, too technical, or even dangerous. The focus on complex movements like Olympic weightlifting can be intimidating for beginners. Additionally, CrossFit has a reputation for a competitive and sometimes toxic culture, which is not appealing to everyone.

Gym races offer an alternative that is less intimidating but still gives the same rush. They focus more on the individual and less on the group, which for many people suits their needs better.
