Monday Master Blog: Start 2025 in the win column

If you don't know exactly what you want to achieve, that's okay. But if you stay in the same place, you also know that it will never change. Although, it will change: if your environment grows and you stay there, you automatically become smaller.

It's okay if you don't know exactly what you want yet, but if you do feel a desire for growth and development, now is the time to take action. I'm going to help you with that by asking a simple question:

Fast forward 5 years in time.
Are you happy with how things are if everything stays exactly the same as it is now? Think about your love relationship, your circle of friends, your health, your professional career.

If the answer is no, then this is the time to install a B-point. A B-point is a point that you can work towards. Look at the person who has already reached that B-point (the you who has been living all that life): what does he/she do, what is his/her environment, and how does he/she communicate with himself/herself and with his/her environment?

Every minute of every day you are faced with a choice. This is a choice to increase your own happiness. So choose, because if you do not make the choice for happiness, then you are making the choice to make your life less optimal.
