I had no idea how much it would change the way I see people, teams, and leadership.
Every debrief has the same rare quality. You sit with someone. You place the profile on the table. And something happens that I have never seen anywhere else.
The conversation becomes entirely human. No agenda. No performance. Just someone discovering how they think, or a team seeing itself clearly for the first time.
That moment has fascinated me from day one. Not the model. Not the tool. The moment itself.
The analyst who realizes he may have been silencing the visionary in his team. The leader who finally understands why her empathy has always been a strength, not a weakness. The team that sees, perhaps for the first time, why they keep talking without truly hearing each other.
No system produces that alone. It happens because the human is at the center.
What biodiversity teaches us about ecosystems, Sylvie Chokron confirms at the level of the individual brain. Every brain is singular, dynamic, and irreducible. Diversity is not noise. It is resilience.
And today, we are entering a third layer: ๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ. Different models, different architectures, different cognitive strengths. The same principle applies. Uniformity creates fragility. Orchestrated difference creates power.
This is what Hervรฉ Baron and I were exploring recently, and what ๐๐๐ณ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ญ captures with rare philosophical clarity: the human being is not defined by completion. We are defined by our capacity to doubt, to question, to feel, to transmit values and purpose, and to create from incompleteness. Something AI will never be.
15 years of fieldwork taught me before AI entered the conversation. The only one capable of orchestrating that diversity is the human. Not the tool. Not the model. The leader.
That conviction is what led me to write my book (link in comment). Not as a theory, but as a practitioner who has sat across from hundreds of people and watched them discover their own way of thinking.
AI executes. You lead.
