Introduction
Joris Pieter Julius Jose Lutz is a Dutch actor, presenter, lyricist and children's book author. Lutz is the son of actress Simone Rooskens and actor Luc Lutz.
Lutz rose to fame as an actor in the television series Ha, die Pa, in which he played together with his father. He worked as a presenter in the programs Destination Netherlands and Feyenoord TV, among others. He is a supporter of football club Feyenoord. In 2005, Lutz participated in the first edition of Dancing with the Stars. He was also seen in Het Sinterklaasjournaal in 2002, as Zwarte Piet. Since 2006, Lutz has been writing children's books about the adventures of the dog Fred, together with Bram Klein and Bart Wijtman. In these books plus CDs, Fred experiences adventures in various Dutch cities.
The stories are also performed as reading and singing performances at primary schools, among others. And is a city guide at Rondje Rotterdam. In 2006 he was also the voice-over for the online television program Webmee.tv, which was offered to the internet audience by web host Argeweb. In the last episode of this program in 2006 he also appeared in front of the camera. Since April 2008, Lutz has been the bass guitarist of Gruppo Sportivo, and as a duo with guitarist Iwan de Reus. In the fall of 2015, Lutz guest-starred as Alexander Distelveld in the Dutch soap opera Goede Tijden, Bad Tijden.
